I initially pitched the concept of a Venus flytrap visual for this Boysen print series, the number one paint brand in the Philippines. They had a product innovation: Paint with Artillin anti-pest technology that killed disease causing flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches upon contact.
To raise awareness for Bug Off, we launched a series of posters that recreated carnivorous plants venus flytrap, pitcher plant, bromeliad and bladderworts, using multi colored splashes of Bug Off paint captured through high speed cameras in precise trajectories.
The Bug off campaign is the latest iteration of previous Boysen campaigns, "Flowers" and "Creatures."
